RADIATION CURABLE MATERIALS

TUV-100 Adhesive is a solvent-free, single component liquid which cures to a hard solid when exposed to ultraviolet (UV) radiation. TUV-100 is a high Tg adhesive with fast cure and excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials. Curable up to 20 mil thick, TUV-100 tolerates wave soldering without degradation. TUV-100 is ideal when a secondary heat cure is desired.

APPLICATION:

TUV-100 may be applied via syringe and cured in 1-20 seconds depending on lamp intensity. High viscosity allows for delay between application and cure. Secondary cure may be effected by heating at 110oC for 30 minutes.
